The purpose is to identify how Syncorder’s technology can be set into operation in an efficient manner, to improve performance of key performance indicators such as costs of order operations, inventory levels, manufacturing utilization or customer service levels.
The analysis would typically be done in the form of a workshop, where the processes and actual numbers would be looked at. The outcome would be a suggestion for what to change and how.
The implementation would typically take a few months, with bi-weekly follow-ups to discuss the progress and action points.
syncorder.com and SYNC APP are quickly and easily deployed using browsers and smartphones, whereas the ERP integration normally incorporates a project phase before launch.
Our Project Team has extensive experience from ERP implementation projects and different ERP systems. Depending on the capabilities and wishes of every specific Client, we put together a package that will secure the implementation.
We try to use as much standard technology as possible in the business connectors, file transfer protocols and hosting. We reuse the same project model with some built-in flexibility to ensure lowest time and cost spend from first meeting to test and go-live.
The delivery types include Project Management, Change Management and Training. This also includes contact and training for our Clients’ business partners, whether suppliers or customers.
Some of our Clients have their own specific project organisations which will fully or partly handle the implementation. Others, especially smaller companies or heavily loaded organizations, may need external support in doing so.
